Terms and Conditions

By booking a trip with GoNepal Explore Pvt. Ltd., you accept the following terms and conditions. These are set to protect both parties and ensure a clear understanding of our services.

1. Booking and Confirmation:

  • Bookings are considered confirmed as we receive the required advance payment and a formal confirmation is sent.
  • You must provide correct personal and contact details.
  • All prices quoted are based on current rates and may be subject to change according to your selected package before full payment is received.

2. Documentation:

  • Travelers must carry valid identification documents such as passport, citizenship, visa, or permits.
  • For international travelers, it is your responsibility to ensure you meet the visa and entry requirements of Nepal and any other countries involved in your tour.

3. Pricing and Inclusions:

Our package pricing includes only what is listed under “Inclusions” in the itinerary.
 Excluded items often include:

  • Personal expenses like laundry, drinks, and tips.
  • Travel insurance
  • Optional activities not mentioned in the program

Note: Any changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or permit fees may affect final prices.

4. Liability and Risk:

Travel carries certain risks, and we are not responsible for accidents, loss of belongings, or injuries that may happen during your trip. We strongly recommend that you buy travel and medical insurance before your journey. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or transportation services.

5. USE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS:

Our guide and staff or photographer may take photos and videos during your trip and we may use those materials to promote our business through our website and social media.

5. Dispute Resolution:

Any legal issues related to our services will be governed by the laws of Nepal. The Kathmandu District Court will have jurisdiction over such matters, unless both parties agree otherwise.
