Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly and we aim to be fair and flexible. In cases of serious illness, natural disasters, political disturbances, or emergencies, we will consider refund request. Supporting documents are required for the case. Our cancellation policy helps balance our operational costs while providing our clients with flexibility.

Refund Criteria:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund
  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund
  • After trip starts: No refund for unused services

Note: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the same payment method. Certain expenses like flights or permits are non-refundable.
