Payment & Refund Policy

At GoNepal Explore Pvt. Ltd., we are committed in transparent, fair, and secure payment and refund practices to ensure a smooth experience for every traveler. These policies are made to give you clarity and confidence when booking your journey with us.

Payment Terms:

To confirm any travel package or service with GoNepal Explore Pvt. Ltd., the following payment terms apply:

1. Advance Payment:

You need to pay at least 50% of the total cost when you confirm your booking.

For peak seasons, special group departures, or international travel, you might be asked to pay more.

2. Final Payment:

The remaining amount must be paid at least 7 days before the tour start date.

In urgent or last-minute bookings, full payment may need to paid immediately.

3. Payment Methods Accepted:

We offer multiple safe and convenient payment options:

  • Bank Transfer (Local and International)
  • Debit or Credit Cards (Visa,MasterCard)
  • Cash (for local customers and in-person bookings)

Note: Any bank or transaction fees during payment process are responsible by must the customer.
